About This Product

■Oil-water separation tank lineupWhile the AQS series has a medium-sized capacity that cannot be covered by the ACH series, it has a dual-use 3-tank and 4-tank structure to achieve short delivery times. This series offers the best performance when installing in multiple locations or when connecting multiple units in parallel.

Basic structure of AQS series (medium size)
■SlabFor 4 tanks, one sheet can be used for 3 tanks, and the other sheet can be used exclusively for 4 tanks.

■500 square cast iron lidAdopts the same lightweight (21kg) cast iron lid as the ACH series. Compact and easy to maintain.

■Oil-water separation tank bodyIt has a structure in which two units are connected at the center.

The 4-tank type has a larger capacity in the first tank, where oil tends to accumulate, than the other tanks.

■Separate openingThe 4-tank type also has an opening in the second tank.

■PVC trap pipe (φ150)The 4th tank comes with 2 φ150, and the 3rd tank comes with one.

For the AQS series, the inlet/outlet position and pipe diameter are fixed. If you would like a custom specification, we can accommodate it with the AQ series.

Features of AQS series (medium size)
■01. Fast delivery and large capacityBecause a single tank has a capacity that cannot be covered by conventional small oil/water separation tanks, it can be delivered immediately even when construction deadlines are urgent. It is also possible to use multiple units in parallel or in series, so we will propose an array layout when considering capacity.

■02. Smooth inflow with bottom openingLike the ACH series, it uses a separate bottom opening, so it is resistant to agitation caused by rapid currents and is effective in the early stages of rapid rainfall. The load on the first tank can be reduced in terms of cleaning and maintenance, so it can be used safely. In the 3-tank type, the 1st tank is separate, and in the 4-tank type, the 1st and 2nd tanks are separate.

■03. Further labor-saving constructionThe AQS series consists of two units to further reduce labor compared to the AQ series, which consists of three units. The main body has only one cross-section for connection and water shutoff work, and the trap pipe is set and shipped at the time of delivery, which saves most of the on-site work.

■04. Cost reductionCompared to the custom-made AQ series, we have succeeded in reducing the selling price because the standards and structure are fixed.
