High precision piezo drive motors and positioning products. Compatible with ultra-high vacuum and non-magnetic properties. ■Microscope stage

A high-speed ultrasonic XY nanopositioning stage designed for microscopy applications. Equipped with nanometer precision reading function. Many modern applications require very fast yet highly accurate sample positioning, especially for target motion in optical imaging such as super-resolution microscopy (STED, PALM) and cell array evaluation. Attocube's ultrasonic x-y piezo stages offer nanometer-scale precision over centimeters of travel and are ideal for these tasks. The product offers excellent bidirectional reproducibility over 50 nm, as well as high travel speeds (up to 50 mm/s). Stages operating at frequencies well above the audible range are quiet and ideal for noise-sensitive applications.
