About This Product

High precision piezo drive motors and positioning products. Compatible with ultra-high vacuum and non-magnetic properties. This nanopositioning product is suitable for high-precision machining in the industrial field as a nanopositioner for high-precision alignment applications, and for demanding cutting-edge research applications. attocube's Nanopositioner Division focuses on integrated nanopositioning solutions for applications requiring the highest resolution, repeatability, and stability through the design, engineering, and manufacturing of piezoelectric motor (piezo)-driven positioners. I'm doing it. We have developed a diverse lineup that can handle extreme environments such as ultra-high vacuum and high magnetic fields, and provide positioning operations with high precision on the nanometer level and a wide range of motion on the order of centimeters. Stage types include linear, rotation, goniometric, and scanner, and each stage type has a closed-loop control model with a built-in position sensor. Due to the modular design, individual stages (linear, rotary, gonio) can be combined to create multi-axis systems of up to 6 axes. Our experienced and skilled engineers can also help you develop an integrated nanopositioning solution tailored to your needs.

■Microscope stage

A high-speed ultrasonic XY nanopositioning stage designed for microscopy applications. Equipped with nanometer precision reading function. Many modern applications require very fast yet highly accurate sample positioning, especially for target motion in optical imaging such as super-resolution microscopy (STED, PALM) and cell array evaluation. Attocube's ultrasonic x-y piezo stages offer nanometer-scale precision over centimeters of travel and are ideal for these tasks. The product offers excellent bidirectional reproducibility over 50 nm, as well as high travel speeds (up to 50 mm/s). Stages operating at frequencies well above the audible range are quiet and ideal for noise-sensitive applications.
