About This Product

■Features

・Ideal for feedback sensors in control applications ・Low temperature drift, high stability ・Excellent linearity ・High resolution ・Various probe variations ・Not affected by metal materials or components - Compatible with various measurement environments such as vacuum and non-magnetic This is a capacitive displacement sensor developed using MicroSense LLC's proprietary technology. It measures displacement with high precision without touching the object to be measured, and can measure various shapes, dimensions, plate thickness, position detection, etc. without causing any damage or load to the object. It features excellent linearity and temperature characteristics, and achieves high measurement resolution at the sub-nanometer level. It is suitable for applications that require high precision and stable performance over a long period of time, such as semiconductor inspection, positioning and posture control within manufacturing equipment.

■Model 8800

This is a gauge module that can be mounted on a multi-channel console. By supplying ±15V power, it can also be used for integration into equipment. ・Response frequency setting: Can be changed by internal jumper setting. ・Offset adjustment: Offset adjustment can be performed within ±1V of the output voltage.
