Technology used
■Injection moldingResin molding (plastic injection molding) is a molding method that uses an injection molding machine and a mold. The thermoplastic resin material is heated and melted, fed into a mold, and then cooled to form the desired shape. It is called "injection molding" because it resembles injecting liquid with a syringe. Even complex shapes can be molded by making full use of mold technology, so it can be said that this technology can meet a variety of requests.

■Resin insert moldingInsert molding is a molding method that integrally molds parts such as metal that are to be integrated with plastic resin. In addition to metal parts, it is also possible to integrate different types of resin. After insert parts are set in the mold, melted plastic resin is poured into them to integrate them. The key point is that, similar to two-color molding, it can be expected to reduce assembly and bonding processes. On the other hand, advanced mold design technology and know-how are required. We also develop unique technologies that leverage our experience and know-how in manufacturing various insert molded products.

■PrintingThis is a technology that prints ink onto target parts in any desired shape. At our company, we can mainly handle screen printing and PAD printing.We use ``screen printing'' to print on flat shapes, and ``PAD printing'' to print on uneven parts. We have a track record of printing on a variety of base materials such as resin parts, silicone rubber parts, glass parts, and film parts. Techniques for selecting the appropriate ink for the base material are also required. Additionally, by printing our in-house developed conductive silicone ink onto the product, we can make the applied area conductive. What sets us apart from other companies is our ability to respond to a variety of printing technologies.

■Adhesion/joiningThere are ``methods using adhesives,'' ``methods based on part shape,'' and ``integral molding methods'' as methods for gluing and joining parts made of different materials, such as resin x resin or rubber x metal. In addition to our many years of experience, we have developed new adhesives and bonding methods that allow us to bond and join parts of a variety of different materials. We provide highly reliable products not only with high adhesive strength but also with highly accurate pasting position management.
