About This Product

■3D Deco SheetUltra-thin decorative sheets with three-dimensional logos and letters manufactured using UV molding technology have been used in card-type smart keys. 3D expression is possible within a thickness of 0.4mm to 0.5mm.

Technology used
■UV moldingSunarrow has molding technology that uses ultraviolet curable resin (hereinafter referred to as UV resin). A feature of UV resin is that it requires less energy for molding than injection molding of thermoplastic resin. It is also suitable for thin products that cannot be made by injection molding. Since the UV resin follows the detailed design of the mold, it is also good at creating delicate expressions such as hairline patterns and spin patterns. Since it is possible to have multiple designs in the same mold, it can be applied to a variety of products. This technology has been used in products such as cell phone key sheets and remote controls, and is one of Sunarrow's strengths.

■Vapor depositionVapor deposition is a process in which metal raw materials are heated in a vacuum and evaporated, so that the vaporized raw materials adhere to parts and form metal films.

■PaintingThis is a decoration technique that sprays paint onto the surface of resin, etc. In addition to general painting, we also perform relatively difficult painting such as high-brightness metallic painting and pearl painting that create a luxurious look. In addition, a hard coat treatment is applied in the final process to protect the painted surface from wear. Even though it is simply called painting, there are compatibility depending on the type of resin and paint that is being sprayed. Improper combination of materials can cause problems such as uneven coloring and peeling. We have a lot of experience and knowledge about paints, so please feel free to contact us. In addition, we can also paint not only resin but also silicone rubber parts.

■PrintingThis is a technology that prints ink onto target parts in any desired shape. At our company, we can mainly handle screen printing and PAD printing.We use ``screen printing'' to print on flat shapes, and ``PAD printing'' to print on uneven parts. We have a track record of printing on a variety of base materials such as resin parts, silicone rubber parts, glass parts, and film parts. Techniques for selecting the appropriate ink for the base material are also required. Additionally, by printing our in-house developed conductive silicone ink onto the product, we can make the applied area conductive. What sets us apart from other companies is our ability to respond to a variety of printing technologies.
