■Summary

Our packaging and packaging machine business began in 1970 when we began assembling fully automatic packaging machines for Nichiro Kogyo Co., Ltd. (currently Strapac Co., Ltd.). After that, the semi-automatic packaging machine developed and manufactured by our company became a worldwide hit product. Currently, we are mainly engaged in the development and manufacture of newspaper wrapping machines and strapping machines. As a sales agent for Strapack, we also sell various packaging machines. We have a strong track record of responding to special orders, and we are flexible enough to realize customer needs in areas such as logistics, factory production, and transportation lines for newspaper companies. Features

■Simplification of mechanism

-Used a straight axis motor for the conveyor drive. The mechanism has been simplified, significantly reducing the number of lubrication points and reducing noise. - Changed the band reel brake from a cylinder type to an electromagnetic brake type. The brake force has been improved and the mechanism has been simplified. (Fixed type only)

■Improved work efficiency

- Changed the band reel installation method for the second arch. The space between the wrapping machine and the binding machine has been expanded, improving work efficiency when attaching and detaching reels. (Removable type only) ・It is now possible to attach a 5,000M winding band.

■More stable operation

-The band storage area inside the chamber has been made approximately 1.5 times wider than our previous model. This prevents curling when storing the band and makes the band feeding more stable. - Equipped as standard with a device to prevent film breakage during bundling.
