About This Product

■Features・The greatest destructive power in its class. Maximum pressure: 27.5MPa Number of blows: 500-950bpm
・Can be installed on various backhoes. Installation work is also easy. Two pins, four bushes, and a hose are used to attach it to the backhoe. (Compatible models: Bucket capacity 0.04 to 0.08㎥)

■Suitable for a variety of tasks・Crushing of concrete and rocks

- Digging up hard soil
・Compaction of earth, sand, pebbles, etc.
・Cutting and crushing asphalt

■Structure-Equipped with an accumulator on the top (head) to obtain stable striking force.
・The control valve inside the valve body switches the oil flow depending on the piston's movement position and controls the impact action caused by the piston's reciprocation.
・The piston reciprocates within the cylinder and hits the moil point.
・The connection from the valve body to the front end is tightened with 4 bolts.
- For the hydraulic oil inlet and outlet, the upper port of the valve body is the high pressure side, and the lower port is the return side.
・Moil points can be easily installed and removed using a single retainer pin.

 ■Hydraulic piping・Hydraulic piping methods vary depending on the model of mini power excavator, but please use the circuit diagram as a basis.
・Set the relief valve pressure within the range of 14.7 to 27.5 MPa.
