About This Product
Although it is an important parameter directly connected to the quality of molded products, the "mold pressure waveform", which has been considered a black box until now, can be easily measured, managed, and recorded at low cost. The change in pressure inside the mold during resin filling can be accurately determined using measured waveforms, which is useful for quality control of molded products. Optimize molding conditions during trial production and shorten the time required to adjust conditions at mass production plants.
By setting judgment conditions based on the non-defective product pressure waveform, it is possible to judge the quality of mass-produced products. A force sensor dedicated to measuring mold internal pressure. The 4-gauge method using our own strain gauges has excellent noise resistance and is less susceptible to temperature effects even in high-temperature molds.
Since it is grounded at the bottom of the ejector pin in use, it is possible to design the mold freely without being restricted by the ejector pin diameter.
* Grooving of the ejector plate is required.
