Stable torque measurement is possible from a stationary state to high-speed rotation. ■Applications ・Engine dynamo torque tester ・Torque measurement and management of food stirrers ・Torque measurement of wind turbines and generators ■Features The TMNR-*ME type torque transducer is a detector that uses double bearings and can measure torque from stationary shafts to high-speed rotating shafts. By making the bearing part double, both radial and thrust strength are higher than the standard product (TMNR type), and direct coupling with propeller shafts, etc. is possible. Furthermore, since the dripping lubricant method is standard, it is also possible to measure torque under heavy loads. Since it uses a high-performance rotary transformer, it can be used not only for torque measurement but also for instrumentation control fields, such as automotive test stands. By attaching a rotation detector (sold separately), the rotation speed can be measured, so it is also possible to measure horsepower such as prime mover output.
