About This Product

A sensor for measuring the torque of various drive parts such as engines, motors, and transmissions. There are products that measure torsion using strain gauges and transmit the signals using transformers, and products that transmit the signals using optical devices. Stable torque measurement is possible from a stationary state to high-speed rotation.

■Features

The TMNR-*ME type torque transducer is a detector that uses double bearings and can measure torque from stationary shafts to high-speed rotating shafts. By making the bearing part double, both radial and thrust strength are higher than the standard product (TMNR type), and direct coupling with propeller shafts, etc. is possible. Furthermore, since the dripping lubricant method is standard, it is also possible to measure torque under heavy loads. Since it uses a high-performance rotary transformer, it can be used not only for torque measurement but also for instrumentation control fields, such as automotive test stands. By attaching a rotation detector (sold separately), the rotation speed can be measured, so it is also possible to measure horsepower such as prime mover output.
