About This Product

■Features of pro-beam electron gun

The pro-baem electron gun is a fusion of the traditional high-voltage electron gun of the former West Germany, the beam control technology of the former East Germany, and the technology of using reflected electrons. Previously, electron guns made by German manufacturers had features such as long focal lengths (telefocus), high-voltage insulation using dry seals, and excellent optical observation systems. However, Dry Seal has the disadvantage that it often causes poor insulation at the socket, leading to damage to the high voltage cable or insulator. Also, because the insulator is structured to double as a vacuum container, it took time for it to become thermally stable. Pro-beam electron guns have all the good points of conventional telefocus guns while overcoming their shortcomings. In addition, when welding materials with relatively high arcing such as aluminum alloys, or when strict quality control is required, we use a two-lens system, an exhaust system with two turbo molecular pumps, a low-ripple high-voltage power supply using PWM control, and a pulse beam. We can provide generators, etc.

・Long focal length ・Equipped with astigmatism adjustment function ・Easy to replace filament ・Good filament position reproducibility (the filament assembly reference and electron gun mounting reference plane are the same) ・The time required for beam stabilization is short because the insulator becomes thermally stable in a short time. ・The top lid of the electron gun has no function other than the lid of the vacuum container. ・Easy high voltage cable connection ・Flexible high voltage cable ・Equipped with backscattered electron observation system as standard ・Beam analysis function (optional) ・Beam automatic adjustment (focus, astigmatism, beam alignment) ・High-speed deflection system (25kHz standard, 100kHz optional)

This is the most distinctive model of Pro-Beam's electron beam welding machines. This device is an inter-back type continuous device with a load lock chamber. Workpieces can be replaced in the welding chamber without exposing it to the atmosphere, making it extremely productive and highly versatile. We have a variety of jigs including multi-axis jigs.
