■Features of pro-beam electron gun
The pro-baem electron gun is a fusion of the traditional high-voltage electron gun of the former West Germany, the beam control technology of the former East Germany, and the technology of using reflected electrons. Previously, electron guns made by German manufacturers had features such as long focal lengths (telefocus), high-voltage insulation using dry seals, and excellent optical observation systems.
However, Dry Seal has the disadvantage that it often causes poor insulation at the socket, leading to damage to the high voltage cable or insulator. Also, because the insulator is structured to double as a vacuum container, it took time for it to become thermally stable. Pro-beam electron guns have all the good points of conventional telefocus guns while overcoming their shortcomings.
In addition, when welding materials with relatively high arcing such as aluminum alloys, or when strict quality control is required, we use a two-lens system, an exhaust system with two turbo molecular pumps, a low-ripple high-voltage power supply using PWM control, and a pulse beam. We can provide generators, etc.

This is the most common type of electron beam welding machine. Workpieces are exchanged after returning the chamber to atmospheric pressure. Takt time is longer, but it is highly versatile.
■Features
This is a general-purpose welding machine that uses a short focal length electron gun. The installed electron gun has an acceleration voltage of 60kV and is made extremely small, allowing us to supply electron beam welding machines at an affordable price.
Control is by PLC or CNC control, and up to 6 axes can be controlled simultaneously. All devices of this type are small enough to fit into standard-sized containers and are mounted on a common base, requiring no installation effort. In addition, it can be used immediately if electricity and air are supplied.
