About This Product

Dirt, vibration, high heat and humidity, and a mixture of flammable and explosive gases/dust can damage traditional fixtures and low-quality LED lights. Moreover, this series is heat-resistant LED lighting that can withstand high temperatures of 100℃ (212F), has excellent dustproof, moistureproof, waterproof, and explosion-proof functions, and operates safely and stably even in harsh high-temperature environments. ■Product features ・Connection technology that does not use metal wires can make LED lights much less susceptible to long-term high ambient temperatures. ・Aeronautical material with excellent impact resistance, heat resistance (115-130℃), and light transparency — equipped with polycarbonate optical lens - Rugged industrial 6063 aluminum as housing and heat sink, this material has better heat dissipation and corrosion resistance than aluminum alloy materials. ・Uses silicone rubber wire and has resistance to -80℃ to 200℃. -Salt-resistant 304/316 stainless steel brackets and hardware provide complete corrosion resistance and vibration isolation. ■Excellent heat-resistant system - Modular and open design, each module's heat does not affect each other. - Adopts a driver with twice the margin. For example, a lamp with a power consumption of 100W uses a 200W driver. ・The high heat-resistant driver is mounted on the lamp independently from the LED and power supply. ・High-density aluminum heat sink.
