About This Product

Easily decomposes organic matter in water using active oxygen. Capable of treating persistent and highly concentrated wastewater. Reduce costs by combining with microbial treatment.

■Features and advantages

Active oxygen is generated from oxygen in the air, and by mixing it with ozone, ionized ozone (ozonide ions) is generated. When ionized ozone is placed in water, it instantly turns into OH radicals. This OH radical decomposes organic matter. To increase the contact efficiency between ionized ozone and organic matter, ultra-fine bubbles (UFB) are used for underwater injection. ・Active oxygen instantly decomposes organic substances (dyes, oils, organic compounds, etc.). ・New processing never seen before. It becomes possible to pre-treat wastewater that cannot be treated with existing wastewater treatment methods and then input it into existing treatment equipment. - Compact and low-cost processing is possible by installing a carrier treatment (aerobic bacteria + anaerobic bacteria) in the latter stage.

■Quantitative effects expected from introduction

- Faster and more effective treatment with nearly three times the efficiency than ozone treatment. ・Running costs are significantly reduced compared to accelerated oxidation methods such as Fenton treatment, and very little sludge is generated. ・As the amount of microorganisms used is reduced, the amount of surplus sludge generated can also be reduced.
