About This Product

■Details

・By using thermal decomposition using active oxygen, solid waste (waste plastic, medical waste/disposable diapers, etc.) is reduced in volume to about 1/300 to 1/500 and sterilized. - When used as in-house equipment, it is possible to process scraps in-house and complete the manufacturing process.

■Features and advantages

Active oxygen has about three times the decomposition ability of ozone and destroys bonds at the atomic level. A patented technology that electrically generates active oxygen from oxygen in the air and brings it into contact with the object to be treated to artificially destroy it. With this characteristic, it can decompose household waste, non-reusable PET bottles and plastics, medical waste, disposable diapers, etc. ・During decomposition, only 80 (W) x2 active oxygen generator is used, so energy cost is very low. ・Since the decomposition reaction occurs at 200°C to 300°C, it is safe to use and the generation of dioxin is within the Japanese standard. ・The only waste after decomposition is ceramic ash (inorganic material). ・Since CO2 is reduced compared to existing incineration, it helps prevent global warming.

■Quantitative effects expected from introduction

・Decomposes the object to be processed to about 1/300 ・Decomposition only requires electricity costs for 2 x 80W AOS (active oxygen generators) for generating active oxygen (no fuel such as gas or kerosene is required during decomposition) ・Processing time is approximately 6 hours depending on the object (if a 1m3 capacity machine is operated 24 hours a day, it is possible to process 4m3/day)
