About This Product

Enserve's copper alloys are AS9100 (JISQ9100 equivalent) certified copper alloy types/shapes/dimensions that are difficult to obtain. Based on the following four advantages, we have a track record of delivering our products to many representative companies in various industries in Japan, Europe, and the United States.

■Overview/Characteristics

・Chromium copper/zirconium copper is a copper alloy made by adding 0.4 to 1.2% chromium or 0.02 to 0.2% zirconium and other chemical components to copper. ・Features include high electrical conductivity, high thermal conductivity, wear resistance, and high strength.

■Advantage 1: Rarity

We handle special types/shapes/dimensions that are difficult to obtain at domestic or Asian production bases. Our copper alloys are made from melting furnaces and processed into special shapes. The types of copper alloys are beryllium copper, chromium/zirconium copper, aluminum bronze, Corson alloy, and cupronickel/nickel silver.

We have also obtained ISO9001 (quality), ISO14001 (environment), ISO45001 (safety and health), and AS9100 (aerospace, equivalent to JISQ9100) certifications.
