About This Product

Enserve's copper alloys are AS9100 (JISQ9100 equivalent) certified copper alloy types/shapes/dimensions that are difficult to obtain. Based on the following four advantages, we have a track record of delivering our products to many representative companies in various industries in Japan, Europe, and the United States. ■Overview/Characteristics ・Beryllium copper is a copper alloy made by adding 0.5 to 3% beryllium and other chemical components to copper. ・Beryllium copper has high strength, high thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity, and is non-magnetic and explosion-proof. ■Advantage 1: Rarity We handle special types/shapes/dimensions that are difficult to obtain at domestic or Asian production bases. Our copper alloys are made from melting furnaces and processed into special shapes. The types of copper alloys are beryllium copper, chromium/zirconium copper, aluminum bronze, Corson alloy, and cupronickel/nickel silver. ■Advantage 2: High quality Due to our high quality, we have a track record of delivering products to many representative companies in various industries in Europe and America. We have also obtained ISO9001 (quality), ISO14001 (environment), ISO45001 (safety and health), and AS9100 (aerospace, equivalent to JISQ9100) certifications.
