About This Product

Aqua Nature TR is a flocculant for circulating water in wet painting booths. Most of the other companies' killer agents (booth treatment agents) are aimed at making the water non-adhesive, but Aqua Nature TR's purpose is to separate it into clean supernatant water and sludge by coagulating it. This product exhibits high effectiveness with a minimum amount of addition, making it possible to maintain and manage circulating water in painting booths at low cost. Aqua Nature TR, developed using the know-how of a flocculant manufacturer, is a product that can achieve all of the following by "coagulating paint booth circulating water." ・Making the paint non-adhesive ・Prevention of bad odor ・Reducing the work burden during cleaning ・Reuse or extend the life of circulating water ・Reduction of industrial waste Features

■High cohesion

Aqua Nature TR uses special inorganic chemicals and has a higher cohesive force than general flocculants. Therefore, a very high flocculation effect can be achieved with a small amount added.

■pH does not easily drop

Many paint booths are made of steel. Therefore, if the pH drops (becomes acidic), the paint booth itself will rust. Since Aqua Nature TR's pH does not easily drop, corrosion of the booth can be kept to a minimum.

■Low cost

The addition rate of Aqua Nature TR is 1-2% of the overmist. If 20 kg of paint is used per day, the amount of input is 100 ml per day, and the amount used per month is 2.2 L, so one box of the product can be used for about 9 months.

■Good dispersibility and reactivity

Aqua Nature TR is a liquid chemical, so it disperses and starts a flocculation reaction as soon as it is introduced into the painting booth.
