About This Product

Aqua Nature Light is a product that uses Nextry's unique technology to float agglomerated sludge using a single agent without using a pressure flotation device. With just one agent, you can realize the benefits of floating sludge, such as reducing initial costs, changing wastewater treatment flow, saving equipment space, and improving work efficiency.

■Advantages of floating flocs

Organic matter-containing wastewater has a tendency for aggregated flocs to float to the surface, but depending on the treatment, some of them may settle. In such cases, by using Aqua Nature Light, all the flocs can be brought to the surface and collected easily. Features

■Agglomerated flocs float to the surface.

Aqua Nature Light allows aggregated flocs to float to the surface without the need for any equipment. Ideal for sites where it is desirable for sludge to float to the surface during sludge collection for operational reasons. It also improves flotation when flocs do not float properly during cohesive flotation using a pressurized flotation device.

■Easy to collect sludge

When treating a small amount of wastewater, it is necessary to filter the entire amount to recover the settled sludge, but since the sludge floats to the surface, it can be easily recovered without having to filter the entire amount.

■Bleaching effect

Aqua Nature Light has an excellent decolorizing effect and makes treated water colorless and transparent. It is also effective when it aggregates but some color remains.

■Equipment space saving

Since sludge floats without using a pressure flotation device, it is possible to create a very simple and compact wastewater treatment facility, and to reduce initial costs.
