About This Product

Aqua Nature AL is a product that can treat ``flexo ink cleaning wastewater'' discharged from cardboard manufacturing factories, paper processing industries, etc. with a single agent. Flexo ink cleaning wastewater contains a large amount of suspended solids, and its water quality is highly susceptible to changes depending on temperature changes, products, production volumes, etc. Therefore, in many cases, wastewater treatment requires the use of three to four types of chemicals, but Aqua Nature AL can perform treatment with a single agent, minimizing the burden on the operator and ensuring stable wastewater treatment. .

■About glue (adhesive)

In addition to flexographic ink cleaning wastewater, cardboard manufacturing factories and paper processing industries use glue (adhesives) in processes such as paper lamination, and when equipment is cleaned, wastewater containing glue is generated. . If this is mixed with flexo ink cleaning wastewater and treated as wastewater, the pH and suspension concentration of the wastewater will change significantly, which will have a negative impact on flocculation and dewatering properties. Aqua Nature AL can treat these mixed wastewaters, but in order to ensure stable wastewater treatment, we recommend separating glue washing wastewater from flexo ink washing wastewater and treating it with Aquanature Plus. .
