■The reason why CONTINEWM® can save energy with just one sheet is because the air in a state of zero charge

01Suppresses static electricity generation and restores heat exchange efficiency The heat exchanger (fins) and resin panels (insulators) inside an air conditioner are positively charged due to static electricity generated by air friction. When CONTINEWM, which is always maintained at a negative potential, is installed in front of the heat exchanger (on the upstream side of the wind flow), the air changes to a zero-charge state. As a result, the air conditioner is not affected by static electricity and can achieve its intended heat exchange efficiency. 02 Dust does not easily adhere to the heat exchanger After installing CONTINEWM, the heat exchanger (fins) will also be in a state of zero charge, making it difficult for dust to adhere to them. For these two reasons, it is possible to reduce the operating time of the outdoor unit compressor, which is said to account for 80% of power consumption, and reduce wasted power.

■Secondary effects of deodorization

Since the air has zero charge, the floating of dust and other substances that cause odors is suppressed, making it difficult to detect odors. As long as the air conditioner is running, energy savings and a comfortable environment will continue at the same time.
