About This Product

■Main operation flow

The Numic Cartoner CNS series is a semi-automatic cartoner that automatically raises, seals, and discharges boxes when the operator feeds cartons to the magazine and supplies the packaged items to the cartons. As an option, it is also possible to install a sealer in the engraving/sealing machine and post-process. Product features

■Easy operation with color touch panel

Anyone can easily configure and operate the machine to suit production conditions. It is equipped with a touch panel and has a variety of functions built into it.

■Establishing safety through operator initiative

By adopting an area sensor, it is possible to perform operator-driven operation in which the machine does not operate unless the hand is removed from the inside of the machine after supplying the packaged items.This prevents the occurrence of empty boxes. If you put your hand into it, it will come to an emergency stop. Abundant options

■Stamping/sealing machine

It is possible to hot embossing or stamping or stamping with a hot printer at any position before feeding to the turret.

■Batch adjustment type turret

Width, depth, and height can be easily adjusted by operating the three handles.

■Insert document supply device

If you set the document you want to attach, it will be automatically supplied.

■Edge sealer

After being discharged from the main body, the carton is transported by a side belt conveyor and sealed. Compatible with edge tapes, edge labels, center labels, etc.

■Improve virginity

Seal with nonflammable adhesive.

■Hot melt coating inspection

A temperature sensor inspects the hot melt length immediately after application.

■Barcode reader

Attaching barcodes prevents mixing of different types.

■Neck flap folding unit

This is a unit that folds in the anti-shake flap of wine, health food, etc. bottles.

■Carton printing inspection device

This is a device that prints on sealed cartons using a laser or IJP, and immediately performs a character authentication inspection.
