Product features
■Easy to change types and adjust
There are no parts to change and there are only a few adjustments, so changing the model can be done in about 2 to 3 minutes. Adjustments can be made without tools. There are scales at the adjustment points, and the values can be stored on the touch panel, making it easy to use even without mechanical knowledge.
■High precision torque
The digital high-speed control (motion control) of the servo motor Mechatronic Link II controls the tightening torque and speed in 10 steps each, and tightens with high precision until the set torque is reached. Tightening torque and speed are constantly monitored (real-time monitor) and displayed graphically for each tightening.
■Does not damage delicate caps
Our uniquely developed special belt wraps around the cap and grips it gently, making it possible to cap even delicate items such as gold crown caps without scratching or clouding them. We can also handle sample bottles, bottles with poor independence, and ultra-thin cases such as foundations.
