About This Product

A small desktop seam welder. Based on the basic structure, various arrangements can be designed to suit the purpose. The device is compact in size for the purpose of joining metal foils. It is possible to optimally design the welding head and jig installation according to the shape of the part. (Normally, the work to be welded is moved. With this compact machine, the welding machine side can be placed on the moving side.) function

■Water sealing

Suitable for welding can bodies such as heat exchangers, dishwasher jackets, and water tanks.

■Vacuum sealing

Suitable for metal packages for HIP processing, vacuum pots, sensor protection tubes, etc.

■Gas sealing

Suitable for hermetically sealing welding of metal can packages, etc. in an inert gas atmosphere.

■Roll spot welding

Suitable for fixed welding of screen metal foil, fixed welding of brazing material, temporary welding, etc.

■Metal air pack sealing

Suitable for metal panels that enclose air injection, hydroforming, wood materials, etc. (Composite shapes are used to improve functionality by increasing rigidity, reducing weight, and adding heat insulation functions.) Compatible materials

■Applicable board thickness

0.05mm～

■Material

Mild steel plates, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, 42 alloy copper alloy, special alloys, different alloys such as red copper x copper nickel, etc. *Aluminum material can be used to connect the ends of tape materials, but cannot be used for sealing welding.
