About This Product

■Applications

Grease is used in many parts of food machinery that may come into contact with food, and in preparation for the risk of leakage, standards have been established for lubricants approved for use in food machinery. Calcium sulfonate complex soap grease with synthetic oil as the base oil. Used for grease lubricated parts such as rolling bearings, sliding bearings, gears, ball screws, linear guides, and toggle mechanisms in various industrial machines. It exhibits excellent properties especially in high temperature and high load locations, and has excellent heat resistance, extreme pressure resistance, fretting properties, and rust prevention properties, so it can be expected to contribute to stable operations.

■Features

1. Grease for food machinery that is certified and registered as US NSF Category Classification (Lubricant): H1. In the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries, etc., the number of international food safety management standards such as FSSC22000, JFS, and ASIAGAP is increasing, and the revision of the Food Sanitation Act has made it mandatory to introduce HACCP. Strict hygiene management is required. *NFS H1 is a standard for purifiers that can be used in areas where there is a possibility of accidental contact with food. 2. Excellent heat resistance prevents grease from softening and eluting in high-temperature environments. It is necessary to avoid the risk of product contamination due to grease dripping in high-temperature environments. 3. Excellent extreme pressure and abrasion resistance, suppressing fretting wear caused by slight machine vibrations. Extreme pressure and wear resistance are required in areas of various industrial machinery that are subjected to high loads. 4.The thickener itself acts as a rust preventive agent, so it has good corrosion resistance. Excellent corrosion resistance for environments that come in contact with steam and water, and for metals used in bearings, etc.
