About This Product

■Applications

Grease that uses refined mineral oil as a base oil and a urea compound as a thickener. Used for grease lubricated parts such as ball screws and linear guides of machine tools and various industrial machines. In addition, it is expected to contribute to maintaining and improving machining accuracy as it has excellent lubricity, fretting characteristics, temperature control properties, and coolant resistance under high-load environments required of grease.

■Features

1. Excellent extreme pressure and abrasion resistance, suppressing fretting wear caused by slight machine vibrations. Ball screw parts are required to have extreme pressure resistance and wear resistance because they are subjected to high loads. 2.It has excellent pumping properties and can be used in centralized lubrication systems. Grease is supplied to each location through fine piping and valves, so pressure delivery is required regardless of the season. 3. Excellent grease adhesion, water resistance, and coolant resistance. For water-soluble cutting oils, it is required to suppress the effect of dripping on the coolant.
