About This Product
■Applications
High quality lithium soap grease with refined mineral oil as the base oil. Used in a wide range of grease-lubricated locations such as ball screws, linear guides, and toggle mechanisms in various industrial machines. It also has the abrasion resistance, extreme pressure properties, pumping properties, and metal corrosion resistance required of grease, and exhibits excellent friction properties in high-temperature areas, making it suitable for use as a centralized lubrication grease.
■Features
1. Excellent extreme pressure and abrasion resistance, suppressing fretting wear caused by slight machine vibrations.
Ball screws in industrial machinery are subject to high loads, so extreme pressure and wear resistance are required.
2.It has excellent pumping properties and can be used in centralized lubrication systems.
Grease is supplied to each location through fine piping and valves, so pressure delivery is required regardless of the season.
3. Good corrosion resistance.
It has excellent resistance to injury to metals such as copper and copper alloys used in grease piping.
