About This Product

Features
■Expansion power supply unit that provides system stability and high reliability by duplicating the power supply unit.The DPS series is a redundant power supply unit for the D-Link switch series, providing backup power for redundant power supply units built into the switch. This prevents the entire network system including the switch from shutting down due to an unpredictable power failure of the switch, and provides a stable power supply.

DPS series power supply units can be added without changing your network configuration or switch settings. In addition, this product's detection circuit continuously monitors the power supply unit inside the switch, and in the event of a power failure, it will instantly start up and supply power to the switch.

The DPS-500A can be used alone, installed in the redundant power supply unit chassis DPS-800 (up to 2 units), and installed in a 19-inch rack mount. When connecting to the DGS-3000 series, you can connect to the DPS-500A series by using the optional cable DPS-CB150-2PS (hardware B1).
