■Features

Dry Flavor is dried using special far-infrared rays based on the basic technology cultivated through cell culture. Since cells are not destroyed, plants can be stored dry while retaining their nutritional value such as vitamins, aroma, and flavor. Since it dries at around 45°C, running costs can be reduced by approximately 30% compared to regular hot air dryers (100°C to 120°C). Unlike drying methods that involve high-temperature heating or ultra-low-temperature cooling, the biggest feature is that it does not destroy cells. ・ Powder... It can be processed into powder and stored in a bag for easy storage. ・Storage/Transportation: Compared to refrigerated or frozen storage, it takes up less space and can be easily transported. ・Long-term storage: By sterilizing with ozone, stabilized chlorine dioxide, and ultraviolet rays, and vacuum-packing and nitrogen-sealing, long-term storage is possible without quality deterioration or spoilage.
