Big force caused by small bubbles EIB®
Saiken Devices Co., Ltd.

About This Product

EIB® is the name of micro-nano bubbles generated from a uniquely developed special composite ceramic and is a registered trademark of Seiken Device Co., Ltd. As the name Essential Invisible Bubble suggests, the essence is hidden in invisible small bubbles. How to generate EIB

■Ultra fine pore type

EIB is generated using the ultra-fine pore method, one of the many microbubble generation methods. It is generated by shearing air bubbles emitted from the surface of a specially treated ultra-fine pore composite ceramic by liquid flow or rotation. Two ways to generate EIB

■Piping method

Gas is supplied to the EIB generator installed in the piping, and EIB is generated using the shear force generated by the liquid flow.

■Rotation method

Gas is supplied to the EIB generator and EIB is generated using the shear force generated by rotation. Two features of EIB

■ Air bubbles that stay

Unlike ordinary bubbles, EIBs do not rise to the surface and burst immediately after formation, but remain in the liquid for a long time, riding the flow of liquid.

■Shrinking air bubbles

EIB does not remain as it is while floating, but contracts as the internal gas elutes into the liquid according to the dissolution conditions of the gas in the liquid.

■Improvement of gas dissolution efficiency in water by EIB

EIB can effectively dissolve gases in water.

■Gas dissolution efficiency of piping method

Using EIB-IPL13, we measured the amount of change in dissolved oxygen when air EIB was supplied to 40L of Osaka city water (tap water).

■Gas dissolution efficiency of rotating method

Using EIB-R, we measured the amount of change in dissolved oxygen when air EIB was supplied to 40L of Osaka city water (tap water).

■EIB formation status due to differences in water quality

The production status of EIB varies depending on the water quality.

■Comparison of freshwater and seawater piping methods

Using EIB-IPL13, we fixed the aeration volume and liquid flow rate and compared the EIB formation status in Osaka city water (tap) and seawater.

■Comparison of freshwater and seawater using rotation method

Using EIB-R, we fixed the aeration volume and liquid flow rate and compared the EIB formation status in Osaka city water (tap water) and seawater.
