About This Product

A special heat exchanger using heat diffusion composite ceramic "CZ-80" can cool the temperature of the gas body. A direct cooling method is adopted in which room temperature nitrogen gas extracted from the air is connected to the machine's special ultra-low temperature (-100℃ or less) heat exchanger through a pipeline and converted into ultra-low temperature gas (-50℃ or less). ■Features

- Suppresses the increase in frictional heat during polishing of highly hard objects and machining with precision grinders, and does not change shape due to heat. - By spraying cold gas during laser cutting, you can prevent oxidation and perform detailed processing without roughening the surface. ・Can be used continuously in locations where liquid nitrogen cylinders are used without the need to replace the cylinders. ・When using ultra-low temperature coolant liquid, we manufacture a CFC-free cold nitrogen gas type heat exchanger. ・By blowing ultra-low temperature gas to the freezing fixing device (freezing chuck), it is possible to dry process glass/ceramic carbon materials, rubber/silicon soft materials, jewelry, metals, etc. - Can test the cold resistance performance of insulation materials up to around -100℃. ・You can specify the required temperature (~ -150℃) for superconductivity material research and perform ultra-low temperature environmental tests. ・When creating small frozen samples for research experiments, the gas flow rate can be specified within a range (3~50L/min).

■Differences from other companies' products

The method favored by gas manufacturers involves removing oxygen and other gases from the air and liquefying nitrogen gas at room temperature in a -196℃ cryogenic refrigerator. When cold nitrogen gas at -50°C is required, it is converted to gas and taken out from a cylinder containing liquid nitrogen. To use cold nitrogen gas continuously with this method, cylinder replacement and control equipment and instruments are required. The gas cooling device we have developed is extremely economical as it can control temperature without using liquid nitrogen.
