About This Product

All materials can be grasped through grinding and cutting. Our refrigeration fixation equipment uses thermoelectric elements and a special composite ceramic "CZ-80" with high heat exchange efficiency for the heat radiation part. The CZ-80's overwhelming cooling speed instantly fixes the material, making it possible to process difficult-to-process materials easily and without distortion. This is a unique device that cannot be made with ordinary processing machines. *Grip force 15Kgf/cm2

■Used to hold (chuck) the workpiece to be ground while processing it with a milling machine, machining center, surface grinder, etc.

・Can be fixed when grinding non-magnetic materials or processing thin films of crystal, sapphire, etc. on the μm order. -Can be fixed when cutting, drilling, or grinding thin film-like objects. ・It does not take much time to put on and take off. -Does not use adhesives or other solvents. - Can be used to fix fragile materials that easily deform when force is applied or special soft flexible materials. -Can fix irregularly shaped materials that cannot be gripped with conventional fixing devices such as vacuum fixing, magnets, claws, and collets. ・Suitable for dry machining and rotating work while fixed. In addition to rapid freeze-fixing and thawing times, it does not use solvents that require peeling, so work time and work efficiency can be significantly shortened.
