About This Product

■HOT-1 stc, a new product with Cool-1 cooling device attached to HOT-1 st, has been released.

During the process of natural heat dissipation, tea processed at high temperatures absorbs moisture and foreign odors from the surrounding area, resulting in tea that contains unpleasant tastes and moisture, and there is a risk that it will lose its bright green color. It is very important to cool down as quickly as possible after burning. HOT-1 stc cools down immediately after pasteurization to maintain the quality of the tea. In addition, Cool-1 uses room temperature cooling without using refrigerated gas, so the tea will not become damp. Also, the cooling capacity changes depending on the atmospheric temperature. Please note that there is a limit to the cooling of ultra-high temperature pasteurization such as roasted green tea.
