About This Product

■Far-infrared firing machine HOT-1LC Hot One L.C.

This is an all-in-one type with the popular rapid cooling device Cool One built into the main unit. Cool One has a newly developed double cooling system, which has significantly increased its power. The far-infrared effect brings out the natural aroma of tea, and by immediately cooling it to room temperature, it prevents unpleasant tastes due to moisture absorption and seals in the aroma and flavor of the tea. Features

■Easy to operate

All operations such as automatic ignition, temperature control, flow rate adjustment, and burner elevation are performed using the LCD touch panel.

■Addition of automatic adjustment function for burner elevation

In addition to the conventional automatic temperature adjustment function for each stage, the LC now has an automatic adjustment function for raising and lowering the burner (distance between the heat source and the tea). This feature not only automatically adjusts the temperature, but also allows the burner itself to automatically rise and fall according to the temperature, allowing for more accurate and speedy temperature adjustment.

■Addition of fully automatic driving mode function

Just set your desired heating temperature and flow rate in advance, and leave the rest to the machine with a single touch. Fully automatic operation from ignition to temperature control and start-up.

■Easy to clean

The hopper section (feeding device) installed at the top of the machine that stores the tea is equipped with a cleaning trough (vibrator). Just touch the button on the screen to clean the inside of the hopper to remove the last remaining tea. Efforts have been made to reduce the need for work at heights to ensure work safety.

■Features

・In order to maximize the effect of far-infrared rays, the concept of pasteurizing each tea leaf gives the tea an aroma and a sterilizing effect. ・By controlling the special reflector and far-infrared gas burner, the temperature is uniform across the trough width, allowing tea leaves to be heated gently.
