About This Product

■Pasteurized tea at 120℃ returns to room temperature in 60 seconds

Indirect cooling method that cools the tea without blowing air to prevent the aroma of pasteurized tea from escaping.

■Features

・A unique indirect cooling method that cools pasteurized tea to room temperature in 1 minute. ・Because the tea is cooled without blowing air, powder and dust are not blown away and cleaning is easy. ・Due to trough transportation, powdered tea can be cooled, which was not possible with conventional methods, and the tea will not be damaged. ・Since it is cooled at room temperature without using refrigerating gas, there is no moisture absorption due to condensation.

■Conventional method

Traditionally, tea was cooled by suctioning air. It is not good for the environment as a large amount of tea powder and dust comes out from the air holes in the tea receiving net. And the most important thing, the pasteurized incense, was exhausted at the same time.

■Cool-1 indirect cooling method

Natural cooling is achieved by heat dissipation fins with a large surface area. The trough (metal plate) on which the tea is placed absorbs the heat of the pasteurized tea through conduction, gradually cooling it down.
