About This Product

■Characteristics of APERA/colored pH standard solution:・Standard solutions are distinguished by color according to the pH identification table, so there is no need to worry about using the wrong standard solution.
・Compared to a calibration agent, there is no need to dissolve it, and there is no need to worry about the accuracy of the calibration solution decreasing due to dissolution of carbon dioxide in the solution.
・Uses antiseptic technology and can be stored for 2 years unopened.
・The container is double sealed to prevent leakage.
・Accuracy: ±0.02pH @25℃, for experiment, research, and industrial applications.
- Can be used regardless of pH meter and electrode specifications.

■Characteristics of APERA/electrode storage solution:-Can be used as a storage solution for pH electrodes.
・It is also used as a replenisher for some APERA LabSen glass electrodes.
・The container is double sealed to prevent leakage.

■Please refer to the guidelines below to keep the standard solution as optimal as possible even after opening.・Always keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
・When using, please transfer the required amount to another clean container before use.
- If the standard solution has been transferred to another container, do not return it to the original container.
- Record the date of first use (date of opening) on ​​the standard solution container.
・Do not store the container or standard solution in a place exposed to direct sunlight.
・When the expiration date of the standard solution expires, replace it with a new one.

■ Storing the pH electrode in a dry state will have a negative effect on the pH glass membrane, which will shorten the life of the electrode.・When storing between measurements or for a short period of time, store in the electrode internal solution (3 mol/L potassium chloride).
- When storing for a long period of time, such as one month or more, check the concentration of the electrode internal solution and select an appropriate electrode internal solution for storage.
- Never store the electrode in an aqueous solution with low ion concentration, such as pure water or purified water.
- If stored in a dry state, please activate the electrode by immersing it in a storage solution for 12 to 24 hours before taking measurements.

■The internal solution of the reference electrode may need to be replenished or replaced as the case may arise due to leakage or deterioration during measurement.Check the reference electrode internal solution and select and use the appropriate electrode internal solution.
