Takahashi Metal designs, manufactures, and sells water-based cleaning machines that mainly use electrolyzed ionized water (alkaline ionized water, acidic ionized water).

■Advantages and disadvantages of index type washing machines
Since multiple processes can be incorporated, it has higher cleaning and draining effects than batch-type cleaning machines. Since the table is positioned using an index drive or servo motor, it is compatible with workpiece loading/unloading using a gantry loader or multi-axis robot, and interface signal connections can be made without any problems. In addition, by having a loader on the washing machine side, it is possible to handle irregular loading and unloading of workpieces, such as a person loading the workpiece and using the loader to take out the workpiece.
We can also design loaders, hands, and jigs for removing and unloading workpieces in-house, so we can make proposals tailored to the customer's line layout.
