About This Product

Automatically dilutes the coolant to the desired concentration by simply setting it on the LCD panel. It has a built-in water softener. The operating status and alarms are displayed on the LCD panel, and the time to replace the cartridge and electrolytic cell is also displayed.

■Change dilution water for water-soluble coolant to electrolyzed alkaline ionized water

By simply switching to electrolyzed alkaline ionized water, you may be able to expect effects such as preventing that summer rotten odor, improving machining accuracy, and extending the life of cutting tools. Electrolyzed ionized water suppresses the growth of anaerobic bacteria and reduces odor-causing substances. Both the number of anaerobic bacteria and odor are kept at a lower level compared to industrial water. In addition, we diluted the coolant stock solution with electrolyzed alkaline ionized water, tap water, and well water and conducted a culture test. When we checked the status of bacterial growth when left at 25℃ for 7 days, we found that bacterial growth was suppressed in the samples diluted with electrolyzed alkaline ionized water.

■Improved surface roughness, extended band saw life, improved rust prevention

Coolant liquid is finely dispersed, improving cutting and grinding accuracy. Additionally, tool life can be extended by improving the cooling effect of coolant. Alkaline ionized water is water that contains few anions that cause rust.
