About This Product

We offer our original cleaning agents and anti-corrosion agents, including electrolyzed ionized water, to suit the items you are cleaning. We also consider developing cleaning solutions that meet customer requests. With the development of image inspection, water marks after cleaning are becoming more of a problem, but with TIWS-ARF80, we can propose ways to reduce water marks while maintaining the rust prevention effect. In addition, by combining electrolyzed ionized water with detergents and rust preventives, it is possible to lower the additive concentration than usual.

■Features

・In addition to temporary rust prevention during metal processing processes, it can also be used for temporary rust prevention after pickling and after phosphate coating. ・Compared to conventional products, the occurrence of water marks due to the addition of rust preventive agents is reduced. ・The amount of rust preventive used is 1/10 compared to conventional products. -Can wash steel and non-ferrous metals at the same time without separating them.

■Rust prevention effect

It has anti-rust effect even at low concentrations. (Minimum usage amount 0.04%)

■Test method

Soak an iron plate (material: SPCC) in tap water or tap water added with TIWS-ARF80 for 1 hour, and check for rust formation at room temperature in an open state.

■Watermark

The watermark is less noticeable than the conventional TIWS-AR1.

■Test method

Drop drops of three types of water, alkaline electrolyzed water, TIWS-ARF80, and alkaline electrolyzed water added with conventional TIWS-ARF1, onto a steel plate and check the water mark after drying.
