About This Product
Crystal Batteries™ are a unique technology from Netherlands-based AMPOWR that overcomes the problems of traditional batteries by having a nearly solid-state electrolyte. Batteries can be discharged more deeply, cycled more frequently, have a longer lifespan, and can withstand extreme temperatures.
■About crystal batteries
Crystal Battery works in any field where lead-acid, lead-gel, AGM, and lithium-ion batteries are installed. It has a longer lifespan and is more durable than conventional batteries.
*Front terminal range…12V, 10 hours discharge. Front terminal only (from 55Ah to 180Ah)
Features
■Crystal technology
A unique electrolyte crystallizes on the electrode plates and functions as a battery. This prevents sulfation from occurring.
■Excellent performance
Achieves fast charging up to twice as fast as conventional models. It has excellent high current discharge ability.
■Full recovery
Crystal batteries can be discharged to 100% and then returned to full rated capacity every day.
■Quality assurance
Each battery comes standard with a 2-year factory warranty. (at factory shipment)
■Long lifespan
It can be stored for 2 years without requiring a refresh charge.
■Safety
There is no risk of leakage or spontaneous combustion. The content of harmful chemicals is extremely low, and due to crystallization, there is almost no liquid (0.3% moisture), so it can be used safely.
■Up to 99% recyclable
It can be disposed of in the same way as regular lead-acid batteries and is 99% recyclable. Low acidity, antimony and cadmium free. Compliant with increasingly stringent international standards for environmental protection.
■Extremely wide temperature range
Unparalleled coverage from -40°C to +65°C.
■Battery life
8 to 11 years. Approximately 1,000 times at 80% DoD at 25℃. At 40% DoD, it can be charged and discharged approximately 2,800 times.
■Easy to transport
It is classified as a regular product and can be transported by air, land, or sea.
