About This Product

■What is a cable jacket?A tube-shaped item that is excellent for protecting, bundling, and preventing noise from wiring cables for computers and peripheral terminal equipment, communication equipment, measuring equipment, medical electronic equipment, robot equipment, transportation equipment, portable equipment, and other electronic application equipment. . We also have the regular FPP series and the AG/AG2/AG4 series, which have improved shielding effects with special silver plating.

■Characteristics of cable jacket (FPP series)・Dielectric strength is 100-150KV/mm
- Moisture resistant against chemicals, etc.
- The cable jacket is stretchable, so no undue stress is applied to the cable. (Expansion ratio 1:2)
- The composition fiber is thick and has a cable seismic coverage rate of over 75%, which prevents friction between cables and increases cable protection.
- Since it is a non-flammable material, it will not burn even if set on fire, and will not emit harmful gases. Furthermore, it is self-extinguishing.

How to use
■Step 1Fold the end of the cable jacket inward to create an opening for the cable.

■Step 2Insert the cable bundle through the insertion hole in the jacket.

■Step 3Insert the cable jacket while stretching it.

■Step 4After insertion, stretch out the slack in the jacket, cut it to match the length of the cable, and fold the terminal back in the same way as the insertion slot.

■Step 5As a finishing touch, we recommend using heat shrink tubing on both ends.
