The oscillation trigger differs depending on the press type. Please select the press type according to your application. You can also prepare the press yourself. (Only the oscillator and horn part can be sold)

After-oscillation to separate the workpiece from the tool horn can also be set at any time.
■Frequency search function
With one-touch operation, you can find the optimal frequency that matches the tool horn you are using and the environmental temperature. Avoid tracking errors at the start of use.
■Various lineup
Oscillators are available from output 350W types to maximum 3,000W types.
■Supports preliminary bonding test
