About This Product

■What is Octa?

There are three types of water-soluble oils: emulsion, soluble, and chemical, and each has its own drawbacks. At our company, we call an oil that chemically removes this and improves performance by combining the strengths of each oil, that is, an oil that has composite performance.

■Four major features of Octavanisole No.12HB

- Resistant to rot and deterioration, extending tank replacement cycles. [vs emulsion] - Low foaming and very little oil mist generation. [vs Soluble] - Contains anti-corrosion additives for copper and aluminum alloys. [vs chemical] ・In addition to chlorine-based extreme pressure agents, it does not contain any ingredients that harm the human body or the environment.

■Dilution concentration

・Cutting: 10x ~30x ・Grinding: 30x~40x

■Packing style

18ℓ oil can/200ℓ drum *For non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and brass, we recommend conducting a discoloration test in advance.
