About This Product

■Applications

・Fine adjustment of mold ・Removal of micro (fine) burrs in narrow areas of precision parts, etc. ・Repair of complex shaped parts ・Places that are difficult to reach with conventional tools ・Blade edge treatment for small diameter drills, etc. ・Detailed parts of watch parts, etc. ・Removal of electrolytic layer after electrical discharge machining

■Special features

・The long type has a longer "straight" electrodeposited part, making it possible to process deeper areas. ・Double-ended diamond electrodeposition, which is our unique idea, has doubled the lifespan. - You can adjust the protrusion amount to suit your work. ・A lineup ranging from coarse to finishing with particle size #200/#400/#600/#800. ・It has a slender body but is also strong.

■When using

・As both ends are sharp, please be careful when using. - Be sure to attach the file accurately and firmly to the center of the chuck. ・Do not tighten as much as possible at the diamond electrodeposited part. This may cause the pin vise to wear out. ・For long lengths (90mm), please use a through-type pin vise. (Short (50mm) can be used even if it is not a through type.) ・When not in use, store it in a pin vise. *Other product numbers are available.
