About This Product

Synthesize double-stranded RNA corresponding to mature miRNA registered in miRBase

■Features・(1) "miNatural", which has a mismatch between mature miRNA and its complementary strand, and "siMature", which has no mismatch between mature miRNA and its complementary strand, can be selected.
・ (2) Desalted, 2’-deprotected, annealed *1
・(3) Purification level can be selected between in vivo grade and in vitro grade according to experimental purpose
・(4) Low endotoxin guarantee and GMP compliant manufacturing available as options

*1: Regarding "miNatural", the annealing rate may be lower because it includes mismatch. Since there are some miRNA sequences that almost never form double strands, we will contact you for confirmation when ordering before synthesizing the miRNA.

■Low endotoxin guarantee (optional) Additional fee ¥38,095Endotoxin is a component of bacterial cells, and is a general term for toxins released from bacterial cells after they are killed. Physiological effects include fever, anti-ulcer, promotion of bioactive substance production, and immune activation. The presence or absence of bacteria can also be inferred from the presence or absence of endotoxin. In in vivo RNAi experiments, miRNA is administered to experimental animals, so if bacteria or endotoxins are contaminated, the experimental results may be affected, or in some cases, the experimental animals may die. We conduct endotoxin tests and guarantee that the amount of endotoxin contained in the synthesized miRNA is less than 5EU/mg, which is safe for use in in vivo RNAi experiments.

■GMP-compliant manufacturing (optional)GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is a standard established by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare regarding manufacturing control and quality control of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. In clinical trials for drug development, drugs must be manufactured in accordance with GMP before they can be administered to humans. At our company, we can provide miRNA manufactured in a GMP-compliant facility in accordance with the customer's wishes.
