About This Product

This product is a high-purity collagen acidic solution derived from bovine skin, and is suitable for producing collagen gels as scaffolds for three-dimensional culture (3D culture) and co-culture, and for coating dishes and plates. Masu. There are two types: I-PC (atelocollagen) and I-AC (native collagen). Atelocollagen is made by cleavage of the telopeptides present at both ends of the native collagen molecule by protease.

■Features- Both I-PC (atelocollagen) and I-AC (native collagen) gel (fibrillate) under physiological conditions when neutralized.
・Concentrations of 3mg/mL and 5mg/mL are available, and each is suitable for collagen gel production as a scaffold for coating, three-dimensional culture (3D culture), and co-culture.
・Unlike soluble basement membrane preparations, it does not contain cell-derived physiologically active substances, nucleic acids, MMP, etc., so experimental results can be evaluated clearly.
