About This Product

Our unique hydraulic mechanism achieves high output, low oil volume, and light weight. The internal mechanism is designed and manufactured by us. This is a product made in Japan. Since it is cordless, you can work anywhere without being tied to a power source.

■Crimping hydraulic tool for making wire rope with stand (φ6mm to φ12mm)

・By crimping the arm oval sleeve (metal fitting), it is possible to lock it 100% so that it will not come off. - Tensile test conducted by a public institution, strength guaranteed. It is also covered by PL insurance, so you can use it with confidence. ・New products. A battery tool equipped with a lithium-ion battery. ・Special tool for making wire rope with stand. - Suitable for fiber core wire ropes with wire rope diameters of φ6 mm to φ12 mm. ・For crimping (swaging), it must be used in combination with our arm oval sleeve.

■Specifications/Features

- Equipped with a lithium-ion battery, which increases work efficiency by about 3 times compared to conventional products. ・Maximum output is 11tof. Comes with a safety valve to protect the main body. -The head rotates 180 degrees. You can adjust the direction of the dice to suit your work. (HS-12HB cannot be rotated) ・You can make stand-mounted wires at work sites where it is difficult to secure a power supply. (HS-12HB) ・Made in Japan with integrated processing/assembly and in-house production.

■Safety precautions

・Be sure to use the arm swager and arm oval sleeve as a set. Never use crimping tools or sleeves from other companies. Otherwise, it may not be able to withstand the load and an accident may occur. ・To ensure safety, use two or more wire ropes and be sure to adhere to the safe load. - For coated wire ropes, remove the coating before crimping. If it is crimped over the coating, it will not be able to withstand the load and will come off.
