About This Product

We have released a new rust-resistant stainless steel sleeve. A swager exclusively for stainless steel leaves will also be released at the same time. With a set of tools and metal fittings dedicated to making wire ropes with a stand, you can easily make them anywhere. For safety reasons, be sure to make the arm swager and arm oval sleeve/arm stainless steel sleeve as a set. This product has guaranteed tensile strength and is covered by PL insurance.

■Wire rope φ6mm and φ8mm are crimped with special fittings (arm oval sleeve).

- Does not have a cutting function. ・Easily manufacture φ6 and φ8, which were difficult to crimp with hand tools. ・Special tool for making wire rope with stand. ・Two-in-one tool that can cut and crimp wire rope. *HS-1000 is only available for crimping (caulking). ・For crimping (caulking), it must be used in combination with our arm oval sleeve. - A new bench type has been added that is ideal for large-volume crimping work. The base pedestal makes it easy to create a large number of products. (SS-HSC3BB/SS-HS5BB/SS-HS6BB) ・Please select the arm oval sleeve according to the wire rope diameter.

■Specifications/Features

-The blade is forged and has excellent durability. - By using a swager and a special sleeve, you can easily make wire ropes with a stand regardless of location. ・Be sure to use and manufacture the arm swager as a set with the arm oval sleeve. - Examples of uses include preventing billboards/vending machines from falling, ceiling lights, etc., antenna stays, and foot traps used to capture animals. ・Made in Japan with in-house integrated production from forging to processing to assembly.

■Safety precautions

・Be sure to use the arm swager and arm oval sleeve as a set. - Never use crimping tools or sleeves made by other companies. Otherwise, it may not be able to withstand the load and an accident may occur. ・To ensure safety, use two or more wire ropes and be sure to adhere to the safe load. - For coated wire ropes, remove the coating before crimping. If it is crimped over the coating, it will not be able to withstand the load and will come off.
