About This Product

We have released a new rust-resistant stainless steel sleeve. A swager exclusively for stainless steel leaves will also be released at the same time. With a set of tools and metal fittings dedicated to making wire ropes with a stand, you can easily make them anywhere. For safety reasons, be sure to make the arm swager and arm oval sleeve/arm stainless steel sleeve as a set. This product has guaranteed tensile strength and is covered by PL insurance.

■Specifications/Features

・You can easily make a wire rope with a stand regardless of location. Please prepare stainless steel wire rope and arm stainless steel sleeve for production. ・Be sure to manufacture the arm stainless steel sleeve as a set with the arm swager (for stainless steel sleeves). - Stainless steel is superior to aluminum in terms of durability and electrolytic corrosion with dissimilar metals, but it is not a rust-free metal. Depending on usage conditions such as iron powder and salt, it deteriorates with brownish rust. ・Made in Japan with in-house integrated production.

■Safety precautions

・Be sure to use the arm swager (for stainless steel sleeve) and arm stainless sleeve as a set. - Never use crimping tools or sleeves made by other companies. Otherwise, it may not be able to withstand the load and an accident may occur. ・To ensure safety, use two or more wire ropes and be sure to adhere to the safe load. - For coated wire ropes, remove the coating before crimping. If it is crimped over the coating, it will not be able to withstand the load and will come off.
