About This Product

■What is the battery indicator?This product is attached to a car battery and allows you to check the fluid level and charging status at a glance. We focused on the fact that the state of charge of a lead-acid battery is proportional to the specific gravity of the electrolyte (dilute sulfuric acid solution) inside the battery. By applying the prism principle, you can see the rise and fall of the specific gravity ball in the electrolyte as a change in color from outside the battery. We have been selling it since 1973, and export it not only domestically but also all over the world, mainly in Southeast Asia.

■Product features- Made of highly acid-resistant material (PC), it has little effect even if sulfuric acid adheres to it, so it can be installed before the charging process.
・Material and structure with excellent impact resistance
- Suitable for use with automatic placement machines due to the small tip diameter
・There are two ways to attach to the battery: screw type and drive type.
- Has a structure that prevents liquid leakage due to the use of rubber gaskets.
・Uses high-precision specific gravity balls and boasts high reliability in display performance.
・Material and structure not easily affected by air bubbles generated during charging and discharging.
・We can provide specifications close to your request by combining ceiling shape, screw diameter, overall length, and density sphere.

Focusing on the fact that the state of charge of a lead-acid battery is proportional to the specific gravity of the electrolyte (dilute sulfuric acid solution) inside the battery, we applied the principle of a prism to see the color of colored specific gravity balls floating in the liquid at a glance from outside the battery. This is a product designed to be detected. Since sales began in 1972, our products have been used by battery manufacturers not only in Japan but also in Southeast Asia.
