About This Product

The control box allows single or multiple Digi-Pas® two-axis tilt sensor modules to be accessed in real time via various industrial communication protocols such as USB, RS232, RS485, USB, Bluetooth and wireless Bluetooth. This hardware was developed to give application engineers instant (plug-and-play) access to leveling and angle measurements without having to spend time writing software code. It can be connected to a PC (RS232/RS485, Bluetooth, USB cable) for remote real-time data collection and analysis (requires PC Sync Pro software). It is extremely effective when maintaining high-precision CNC machines, testing and measuring instruments, etc. Vibration meter displays real-time vibration data.

■Features

- Control box relay output allows engineers to input tilt angle/vibration values ​​using professional PC synchronization software to initiate trigger/control on external peripherals such as sirens/alarms, valves, motors, strobe lights, etc. Provides immediate flexibility to configure. It is particularly useful for exploring and evaluating projects involving leveling and extraction of angle measurements from tilt sensors quickly and efficiently without the worry of lead time for developing proprietary programming code. -Can work independently to trigger the relay contacts even after the PC is removed from the control box. - LED indication of connected active sensor modules. -Multiple I/O communication protocols such as USB, RS232, RS485 and wireless Bluetooth are available to meet various application requirements.
